How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our website by adding items to your cart, or message us on WhatsApp at +256 700 000 000. We'll confirm your order and delivery details.

How do I pay?

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and Cash on Delivery for Kampala orders. Simply place your order and we'll send you payment instructions via WhatsApp.

How long does delivery take?

Kampala and Entebbe orders can be delivered same day if placed before 2 PM. Upcountry Uganda orders take 2–5 business days via courier.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, absolutely. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding or description of the contents visible on the outside.

What if the size doesn't fit?

We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery if the size is wrong. Please ensure items are unworn and in original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange an exchange.

Do you ship outside Uganda?

Currently we only ship within Uganda. We're working on expanding to East Africa soon – stay tuned!
